Price Match Policy

At Molanyo Perfume Company, we are dedicated to offering you the best possible price on our exclusive perfumes. If you find the exact same perfume online for a lower price with one of our registered competitors*, we will refund you the difference in the form of store credit.

How Our Price Match Works:

• We only price match identical items; variations such as brand, scent variation, size, or packaging style are not eligible.

• The item must be sold at full price. Discounted, promotional, outlet, second-hand, or sale items are excluded.

• The item must be in stock on a registered competitor* website at the time of your claim.

• The price must be in the same currency — AED, SAR, OMR, KWD, BHD, or QAR. If your item’s price is listed in another currency, we will match to USD, GBP, EUR, or the equivalent based on the market rate.

• Price matching applies only after you have purchased the item from Molanyo and received delivery. Claims must be made within 30 days of your order date. Price match requests cannot be processed before the item has been delivered.

• The competitor’s shipping option must match the country of delivery for your Molanyo order and be within the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, or Oman.

• Price matching applies to the individual item price as listed in the competitor’s shopping cart after selecting the matching shipping destination, not to the total order value.

How to Claim Your Price Match:

1. Ensure you have an active Molanyo account. If not, you can create one on our website.

2. Contact our Customer Care team via email, phone, or online form, providing links to both the Molanyo item and the competitor’s listing.

3. Once our Customer Care team verifies your claim meets the criteria, you will receive a coupon code for the price difference. This coupon is valid for 6 months. Exclusions apply.

Price Difference for Sales:

If an item you purchased from Molanyo goes on sale within 5 days of your purchase, you qualify for the sale price—provided the size and scent match your original purchase. The difference between your purchase price and the sale price will be credited to your Molanyo store account. Items with additional reductions or further sales do not qualify. Return Conditions for Price Match & Price Difference:

Once an item has been price matched or a price difference credit issued, that item will no longer be eligible for return.

What We Mean by Competitors:

Competitors are registered websites offering luxury perfume brands and collections comparable to those sold by Molanyo Perfume Company. Discount, liquidation, auction, outlet, or closing-down sale websites are not considered competitors. Websites displaying prices only in currencies other than those listed above are also excluded.
