Online Returns

At Molanyo Perfume Company, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and convenient returns process.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all seals, packaging, and labels intact.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfume products can only be returned if unopened and sealed.

  • Personalized or customized products are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Return

  1. Log in to your Molanyo account on our website.

  2. Go to "My Orders" and select the order you wish to return.

  3. Choose the items you want to return and follow the on-screen instructions.

  4. Print your return shipping label.

  5. Pack the items securely, including all original packaging.

  6. Attach the return label and drop off the package at the nearest authorized courier.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free within the UAE and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

  • For international returns, please contact our Customer Care team for instructions.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted items and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact Customer Care immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
