Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders over AED 300. For orders under AED 300, a flat shipping fee of AED 25 applies.

• Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge, guaranteed delivery within 1-2 business days.

• International Shipping: Please contact our Customer Care team for details and rates.

Delivery Timeframes

• Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

• Express shipping delivers within 1-2 business days.

• Delivery times may vary during public holidays or peak seasons.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to legal and safety reasons, we do not ship perfume products to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
